Dear friends!
I want to show you how I made the Blue Horse. The Horse in a Coat is a character from a Russian folk proverb. People use it as an answer to irritating questions like 'Who was there?', or 'Who did it?' — 'A horse in a coat'. In Russian, it sounds to rhyme.
So, roll out a piece of clay of 5 mm thickness on a piece of rough textured fabric.
Make a rectangle of 18х8 cm
Apply slip (liquid clay) at the edges:
...and make notches:
Fold the workpiece in half, avoiding glueing the bottom:
Make a kind of a bag:
Now mold the muzzle of the horse:
See it :)
Follow the steps to make the same head::
Now add the legs and the tail:
I decorated the tail with a button:
The item can be painted with acrylic paints after drying.
Our clay horse requires firing at a temperature of 1000 degrees.
I'm sure you will succeed :)
