A griffin is a creature with the body of a lion, the head and wings of a bird. A symbol of power and greatness. Protects against evil, magic and slander.

When creating brooches used:
vintage czech beads, antique bohemian beads, japanese antique blown beads, spinel, french floss, italian yarn, german metallized thread, glass eyes.

Each feather, ears, tail and paws of the griffin are reinforced with jewelry wire .
The reverse side of the brooch is decorated with felt. Brooch base Japanese.

The griffin brooch is very light - only 12 gr.! The griffin sits perfectly on thin and medium-density fabrics:)
