Sew lace to the bottom of the sleeve:
Gather the bottoms of the sleeves with a thread. Stitch the skirt to the top:
Decorate the sleeves:
Make an underskirt. You need 1 m of lace cambric and another piece of 60 cm. The strips width 7-8 cm.
Stitch the back seam on both parts. The back seam is left unsewn at 3-4 cm on the top.
