Goddess of Fire( Vesta Greek. and Ellin. Hestia)
Romans honored Vesta as the elder goddess, the patroness of the kind. Guardian of the hearth, she embodied the creative essence of fire. Vestal dedicated to the West, kept the purity as a sacrifice to the virgin goddess. It was believed that Vesta born of earth, or is the Earth itself, its fiery, burning heat, the embodiment of life-giving feminine.

Hestia, the eldest daughter of Cronus was worshipped by the Greeks. Alone of all the Olympians, Hestia was never started quarrels and wars, and also vowed to stay a virgin.

Few people know, but the cult of the Goddess of Fire came to the Greeks from the legendary Scythian from this amazing tribe, they took not only the worship of the goddess, but, in fact, the basis of their culture
