The skirt is made according to my author's pattern
from Italian merino 18.5 microns snow-white. On a whole-felted lining made of Margilan silk. The belt is made of a silk blanket with freely released flying ends. The belt is threaded through the through loops and emphasizes the waistline. Silk lining is released along the bottom of the skirt, creating a flying frill along the high line of the front bottom, which aligns the skirt along the length.
