Return are discussed in each case through a personal message, but there are a few simple points:

- Products that are transferred personally in hands will not be accepted
back, really. All possible claims for completeness of the parcel (extra not enough not), we adopt strictly within 1-3 days of receipt.

- Refund for the damaged through the fault of the buyer the product is not carried out.
- We all have different monitors, different colour rendition, so it is assumed that the color on Your monitor may differ from the color of the product. We do our best to show the color, just not against to do for You additional pictures in different lighting conditions. Therefore, making a purchase, keep in mind this aspect, it is not the reason for the return.

- If the parcel is not taken from office for all time storage and sent back to me, a refund for the purchase minus all postage costs (dispatch, packing) after sale of the product.
