Silver rose brooch,19th century,porcelain,hand painted,silver

Silver brooch with lovely roses.
Porcelain, hand painted. Picture edging in 14k gold.
Silver brooch base. There is no brand, but tested with reagents-silver above 900 samples.
No chips or deep scratches. Silver cleaned, because there was a strong age-related darkening.
Late 19th century, Europe.
For its venerable age, the brooch is in excellent condition!
