Patchwork path on the Winter table

I love winter.
I like this natural purity, the snow crunching loudly under my feet, the frost cheekily pinching me, the ringing transparency of the air. I like how at sunset the snow blooms with incredible deep shades, and at night under the moon it sparkles, shimmers, flashes with lights-small stars.
I like how winter sets me up in a philosophical way. She reminds that everything in the world is cyclical, that everything is for the good, everything is totally fair and there is nothing to complain about. It is in winter that I see especially crystal clear and understand that accepting the world as it is is happiness. Is love. This is inner peace and quiet.
And the most pleasant thing in winter is to come home from the cold, boil a kettle and sit at the table with your family, drink your favorite tea, talk and talk and talk :))
