I have always believed that a picture should please, especially if the picture is in a house where people live. Although in art, most of the artworks are probably devoted to tragic, heroic, sad subjects, but no one wants to put an image of pain and suffering in their living room. Therefore, artists paint something "positive" for sale.
And yet the movements of the soul sometimes require expressing completely different experiences on canvas.
Sirin, as Alkonost, are images that came to the Orthodox world from ancient paganism. Different properties are attributed to these birds. The bird Sirin is more characterized by sadness, severe empathy. And seeing the war-torn land, ruined temples, fire and smoke, Sirin loses her beautiful headdress and cries - cries for people.
I understand that hardly anyone wants to put this picture in their apartment. And putting up the price of the artwork, I do not expect to sell it. Just so that the picture is seen, understood, and - maybe - someone will want to transfer some amount (not necessarily specified) to help the soldiers of the SVO fighting fascism, or to the war victims relief fund. In exchange for the transfer receipt, I will give this painting.
The sides are tinted in the color of the painting, you can do without a frame
