This name in the language of the Guam Island tribe means "seashell" and is given to the keeper for a reason. Having the ability to dive deep under water and live on land, Toru gets the most attractive shells from the bottom and lays them on the shore. And then he is insanely happy when people find such gifts of the sea.

Toru is not only an author's doll and an artistic composition, but also a guardian in the literal sense. Toru has a secret hiding place where you can store small treasures dear to your heart.

The toru is made in the technique of dry felting. The head, like all my teddy dolls, is made of porcelain that has been fired at 1200 C.
