A little history - I'm not a fan of posting photos of my own home, but I decided to take a chance...
The shelf shown in the photo was made 15 years ago...
Made, as they say, on a stool and from what was at hand...
Young family, lack of funds, tools, small children, etc. Well, probably everything is like everyone else...
Nevertheless, the design turned out to be so successful that despite the shortcomings of the execution, she has been living in my house for 15 years and has survived 3 kitchen repairs. And no one wants to change it.
I apologize immediately for the photos, they are just alive, these are photos without pre-colors, without Photoshop, even without beautiful bottles, cups and other things... This is a photo from the reality of life...
Shelf above the kitchen table... for some reason, the place above the kitchen table remains undervalued...
As the practice of using this shelf shows, it is very convenient to reach out and take a mug, coffee/tea, sugar, etc. from the shelf without getting up from the table.
On the second or third tier there are either beautiful bottles with intoxicating liquids, or just some beautiful and lovely objects... all individually. The depth of the shelf is 180mm, which is quite enough to put even plates.
The dimensions of this shelf were dictated by the room, they are - length 1800mm and height - 900mm.
A prehistoric lamp is attached under the lower shelf. Today of course there are more elegant solutions with LED lighting.
