Bath salt "Rosemary"

Rosemary bath salt contains rosemary herb, which will give a pleasant aroma and enrich the water with useful properties.
Rosemary baths are a health–improving and preventive procedure. This is a great way to relieve nervous tension, improve memory, strengthen the immune system.
Rosemary essential oil stimulates and activates blood circulation, it is recommended as a means of warming and relieving pain in the legs (veins).

How to take a bath with salt:
- fill the bath with hot water, pour the necessary amount of salt, cool the water to a comfortable temperature (in hot water, herbs and additives included in salt are better to dissolve, and herbs will steam up);
- do not eat 1,5 hours before the bath, and drink a glass of water in 15 minutes, which will cover the loss of fluid in the body;
- the reception time for adults is 20–30 minutes, for children under 12 years of age — 5–15 minutes;
- the amount of water should be such that it reaches only to the heart line, in the process you can pour over your shoulders and plunge several times with your head;
- after the bath, do not wash off the salt, just blot the skin with a towel after 1,5-2 hours, you can rinse in a warm shower to wash off the remnants of salt and sweat, apply a moisturizer to the body.
Salt is suitable for both foot baths and general body baths.
