Its concrete bulk
I was looking at the top floor
Into the expanse of the Tauride Garden,
And the third window from the corner,
Catching a sunset glimmer of scarlet
(How it was all a long time ago!),
The wings of the dove sparkled.
And, crossing the street
In the winds of spring bad weather,
I was talking to the sound of the rain:
