Herbal Antistress Soothing Tea with mint and valerian

Hesperidin and linarin, in large quantities, are found in the rhizomes of valerian. Valeric acid increases the level of GABA, a neurotransmitter that reduces the activity of brain cells.

Tea with valerian (rhizomes with roots) has a sedative and antispasmodic (in relation to the smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal tract and urinary system) effect. Facilitates the onset of natural sleep. The sedative effect comes slowly, but is stable enough.

Do not drink tea for more than 2 months in a row.


Hot brewing. fill 1 teaspoon of herbal collection with water 250 ml at a temperature of 90 degrees. Close the lid tightly and Infuse for 5 to 15 minutes depending on the desired strength of the drink. Drink fresh, 1 hour before bedtime, and use sweeteners if desired. Re-brewing is not allowed.
