The icon - a wooden Board covered with canvas and gesso. The image of the icon is applied on the levkas.
All work on the creation of icons is carried out manually by the master.
The size of the presented icon is 30*24 cm. Under the order we will make an icon in the size necessary to the customer.

The face of the Ostrobram Mother of God is revered by both Orthodox Christians and Catholics. The Catholic Church claims that the icon of this saint is painted in Western European traditions. They generally believe that her image is a copy copied from an icon painted by a Dutch icon painter in the 17th century.
This icon is a rare instance in which the Virgin appears without a baby.
