In accordance with the law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the buyer has the right to refuse the goods after receipt - within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Return of goods is possible if its presentation, consumer properties are preserved.
Return must be issued by the parcel and sent by Russian Post. Returns on delivery are not accepted.
When returning the goods, the seller returns to the buyer the amount of money paid for the purchased goods (excluding transportation costs for shipping), no later than ten days from the date of receipt of the shipment by the seller.
