Dear customers, I do not do photoshop, so photos of my works without embellishment and reflect their real quality as much as possible. However, I am always open to communication and can make an exchange or refund by agreement with you. To the question of orders, I take prepayment for ordering materials for your doll, we discuss everything in great detail, so the prepayment is not refundable. I am a decent person, but I do not want to work at a loss, and if you suddenly change your mind at the stage of already fulfilling the order, then please take offense only at yourself. If you want to change something in the order, for example, a different dress for the doll, then I will go ahead without problems, for an additional fee, I will buy new fabrics and make a new one :) Thanks for understanding.
