The ancient face of Jesus Christ, which has survived to this day, is the image of "Saved Sinai». In the sixth century, the Roman Supreme ruler Justinian gave this Shrine to the Sinai monastery, where the icon was found in the nineteenth century.

His icon is for all believers a hope and a promise of the triumph of justice in the heavenly Kingdom and makes us think about repentance, the rejection of unrighteous life. Icon of Christ encourages believers to go only the paths of the Lord.
