"Confessions of a rebel, or a Politician without bl...stva" is the third book by Boris Nemtsov. The first - "Provincial" - he wrote in 1997, at the height of his political career and at the zenith of fame. Nemtsov had just moved to Moscow from Nizhny Novgorod and wanted to tell people about his life principles. In 1997, he was a political romantic.
