Single-string Laminated Soap Cutter from Scratch

This is the most popular cutter for cutting small batches of soap made cold or hot. The cutter is not designed for soap from the base.
With the built-in ruler, you can adjust the size of the cut piece of soap from 0 to 5 cm.
Thanks to our exclusive technical feature, the soap is always cut to the end. We also use the optimal string and its diameter, which does not leave glossy traces on the soap. A convenient arc with a wire cuts the soap evenly and perpendicular to the work surface. The wire is very rarely torn, but it changes easily.
For easy maintenance, the working surface is made of polyethylene. The length of the working surface allows you to place a butch of any length. The dimensions of the working surface of 10h30 cm. The height of your butch should not be higher than 12,5 cm.
The cutter is made of durable laminated birch plywood, produced in Russia.

Try to cut fresh soap. If there are small ornaments on the soap, you can put the butch on the side so that these elements do not fall under the string and do not damage the cut. Try to cut one piece at an even speed, without stopping the string in the middle of the soap.
