Absolutely stunning very rare antique vases with an imari style ginger jar lid. A find of incredible beauty - paired hexagonal vases of rich blue cornflower blue with gold ornaments and oval flower medallions. An unusual combination - the vases miraculously met exquisite bouquets in the European style and magical oriental patterns. Underglaze cobalt blue, overglaze red and gold ornaments, numerous gold-ornamented ribbon "braid" and 9 medallions with floral arrangements. The medallions are arranged in a staggered order in three rows. In each row of three medallions are completely different, but equally beautiful bouquets of traditional and exotic flowers. On each vase, the bouquets are also different. A very beautiful shape of the lid and a soft blue pommel with gilding.
The vases are simply magical. They look great with and without a lid. Suitable for decorating a living room, office or dining room, home or restaurant. They will look great on the mantelpiece or in the wine cabinet with dishes and books. And how luxurious they will look with flowers.
No chips, cracks and restorations. Glossy mirror glaze. Very beautiful natural "museum" craquelure, only on a light background.
Mostly only in medallions, but in them it looks especially delicious.
Gives out a venerable age and value.
There are minimal gilt scuffs only on the lower edge of the lids and on the lowest edge of the vaz stand. But you don't even notice it.
The vases are marked. The mark on the bottom.
