Cetraria (Icelandic moss) - is a natural biomass indicator, because it grows only in ecologically clean places. Strictly speaking, Cetraria is not moss, but lichen, a hybrid of fungus and algae. Lichens can live for hundreds or even thousands of years. They are among the longest-lived organisms on Earth.
Cetraria contains a large number of trace elements, vitamin C, vitamin B2, carotenes, proteins and polysaccharides, waxes, and fats.
Cetraria hydrolate has a pronounced anti-inflammatory effect (it contains a unique usnic acid that has antibacterial activity against strepto - and staphylococci, hay Bacillus, mycobacteria), shows antioxidant activity, slows down the aging process, increases skin elasticity and elasticity.
Suitable for all skin types, but especially its astringent effect will be appreciated by owners of problematic, oily, combination skin prone to inflammation.
Cetraria hydrolate can be used as an aftershave tonic.
How to use: spray on skin as often as needed. Do not forget to blot the skin after applying the hydrolate (to avoid dehydration of the skin), or apply a serum, mask or cream on top.
Hydrolate can be frozen in portions in ice molds and used for washing. This method improves microcirculation, regenerates and tightens the skin.
Can be used to dilute dry face masks:
