Beige yarn - 100% Spitz underfur with addition of merino wool. The underfur is spinned with sewing reinforced thread and rubbered into 2 threads.
For knitting this children's vest beige Spitz underfur was used with addition of delicate merino wool matched in colour. This combination of natural materials gives soft, fluffy and elastic yarn that fits perfectly to such accessories as vest where softness is important. At the same time beige colour makes it fresh-looking and extravagant.
This vest is knitted with 'tail' pattern. It has some advantages. Firstly, it looks great. But there is another advantage - 'tail' pattern implies combination of front and back side mashes which creates ribbing effect. Back is knitted with wide ribbing. Hence, the vest resulted in a peculiar, loose-fitting, elastic, soft and warm accessory.
Ribbing on collar and arm-holes is knitted with a special
technique (double knitting). Such ribbing fits perfectly to the item, don't stretch, keeps shape that plays an important role for the vest.
The work doesn't have any signs of dog wool smell, as it has two stages of washing: firstly the yarn itself is washed, then the finished work goes washing. I don't use cutted wool, only underfur.
