Aurora Borealis

Daniel Swarovski, after working for 2 years in a small factory of his father, became a real expert in cutting and polishing rock crystal.
In 1892 he invented a machine for cutting, which revolutionised the processing of crystals. In 1895 in the North Bohemia (Czech Republic)in Wattens, Tyrol, began the story of Daniel Swarovski (Daniel Swarovski). In the same year he founded the company Swarovski.
This was the beginning that completely changed the fashion world in the future. In 1956, together with the French designer Christian Dior, the charming Aurora Borealis crystals were created,
reflecting shimmering paint the Northern lights.
