If the buyer refuses to purchase a custom – made painting (if the painting has already been painted but not sent), 50% of the order amount will not be returned to the buyer.
I start fulfilling the order after receiving a 50% advance payment. Prepayment to a Sberbank card. After the picture is written , I provide you with a photo of the finished work in different angles and under different lighting conditions. If you are satisfied with the work - pay the order in full (the remaining 50%) + the amount for delivery, and within one or two days after receiving the payment, I send the picture. After this, no refund is made.
