All my sweets are made from high quality Belgian chocolate Barry Callebaut, with the addition of animal cream, butter, nuts, fruit-berry purees and dried fruits, natural sugars.
Most often I prefer to make candy cases from bitter or dark chocolate, then the case turns out to be thin and crunchy. But if you want, it can be milk, and White, and Strawberry, and ruby, and Lime and Caramel.
The fillings use the same types of chocolate, only in the form of ganache. In various combinations with nuts, dried fruits, marmalades.
In fillings, I often use alcohol-cognac or rum. If this is not acceptable to You, you should warn me.
Shelf life from 4 to 8 weeks depending on the filling.
Sweets are made without chemical preservatives. Only high-quality and natural ingredients.
Cocoa butter, tinted with food dyes, is used for coloring the candy bodies.However, at Your request, Colored candies can be made without dyes, only using colored chocolate.
The price is for 1 candy.
The cost of the order will consist of the number of sweets and the price of the package ( 50 or 60 rubles)
