For uniform light scattering, a frosted Plexiglass is installed under the clock. You can choose the brightness of the backlight (8 light modes), or turn it off completely.
To extend the service life of the lamps in the watch, there are 2 modes that allow you to do this. The first mode is activated twice a day at 9.00 and 21.00. At this time, within 1-2 minutes, each cathode (digits) is updated with an increased current. You can watch it in a bright glow each digit on each lamp. The second mode provides for quick Cycling through all digits on all tubes, this mode is activated every 20 minutes. Thanks to these modes of service life indicators significantly increased.
