Mandala Of Forgiveness Nominal.

It's much harder to forgive yourself than it is to forgive someone...even for very serious things....
When we talk about forgiving ourselves.... it is always an accusation and a blow in the 10th....and even if we say that someone else is guilty of something..... then the reverse side of this..... I allowed/a that this happened to me...... I.....it is important to always remember that you are already "punished" ....already...therefore, it makes no sense to reproach yourself even more....absolutely no....so with the help of forgiveness, you simply "remove, release" the negative from the body and allow the energy to flow freely.
You give yourself FREEDOM....
It doesn't matter whether the other side forgives you or not. You communicate directly to the other person's soul at the soul level and ask for forgiveness. It is enough to do it once....
Everything else is humiliation and manipulation.
Three things are important in forgiveness...
1. A situation or person that is related to us... an external object that is connected to us and that we want to forgive. Bound to us if not forgiven .... Whether we like it or not.
2. We ourselves...our heart chakra, our heart..our soul.... When we or we were hurt.
3. Our body as a whole...the fact that the connection with the" bad " begins to affect our physical and energy. Shell .... and, as a consequence, destroy us.
