Panel: String art-Nihon (Japan)/Nihon (Japan)

The panel is very elegant and beautiful, flawlessly and neatly executed in modern string art technique with elements of sashiko (the pattern is called "novaki", which means grass bowed by the wind). Each hole is carefully drilled by hand with a fine drill. This work differs from others in that it is not made on fabric, but on a Board. A hole is drilled under each stitch. I love the Japanese language and culture, so I could not but insert elements of Japanese culture into my works. Now sashiko has incredible popularity all over the world. Hieroglyphs are read as "NIHON" ("NIPPON" - the second option), which means " Japan".
The panel is located in Moscow. Size 23 x 23 cm, ( 25 x 25 with frame and under protective plastic protective sheet). Mercerized cotton threads were used.
