Never been to Scandinavia. Which is a pity. Because the nature there is great, and man, as a rule, do not come to grips with it, and delicately and intelligently embeds their homes in the surrounding landscape.
This painting was painted according to a photograph taken of my good friend who lives in Norway. Of course, with her permission.
I do not know what I liked more in this image, whether the landscape, which I found more like a southern landscape than a harsh Norwegian, or a nice house. Rather, all together.
I know that the Scandinavian style in the interior is very popular now.
But I did not paint this picture as a tribute to fashion.
And yet I want to say that this picture is very suitable for decorating a restrained interior in the Scandinavian style.
The painting dried and varnished.
How to keep
