This piece of furniture originally from 1868, its Creator is considered to be European by Edward William Godwin. Initially the truth table for the living room was a height of about 70 media later acquired familiar to us form. However, this man laid the Foundation for the development of such interesting and important functional attribute of today's living. And although there is no consensus where exactly was borrowed the idea of creating a low table, or from a culture of the Ottoman Empire, whether from the so popular in those days in Europe, the Japanese culture, the fact remains: today, the popularity of coffee tables is so great that this piece of furniture can be found in every home.
