Apple tea — folk rituals of Eastern Slavs, confined to the Apple Save. The rite is associated with the expulsion of Adam and eve from Paradise.

The ceremony is held in the Apple orchard traditionally, Apple Spas or the first Sunday after his. The garden brought a table and chairs for guests. On the table is a samovar, tea set, bowls of Apple slices, honey, jam. Whole apples are placed in large plate. First the Apple with a knife cut into cubes without the rind and core. The pieces are poured into a Cup of hot tea. When the pieces warmed up, they prick with a fork and dipped into honey or jam. Sweet treat can drink tea.

It is believed that sour apples symbolize the expulsion of Adam and eve from Paradise. Sweet honey and preserves soften the sour taste of the apples and add a wide range of different flavors. It symbolizes the joy of communicating with loved ones that makes life beautiful despite all the hardships of earth.
