An amazing antique classic flower brooch-cameo, made by the English jewelry company TLM (Thomas Lee Mott). The company was founded in England (Birmingham) in 1875 and specialized in miniature jewelry works of art, the products were made by hand, the edges of the brooch-cameo insert are processed by flame (candle?), And not with scissors (!).
In 1933 the company was resold to the rival London firm Shiptons LTD.
Stunning size Brooch-cameo 7 * 5 cm Material: foil silver (?), Blackening (?). Brocade, embroidery. The time of manufacture is for certain unknown, the period from 1875 to 1920 is more in favor of the 19th century than the twentieth. The first batches of products were not stigmatized, and the processing of the flame by the flame brocade rather speaks for an older date, although the antique value is present, even if we take the extreme date of 1933, then it turns out that the brooch has lived a whole (!) Human life! Nevertheless, the brooch is looking for a new owner, who will delight with his stories and magnificence! Suitable as a day or evening decoration.
