We do, however, believe in the spirit of resolution and fairness and ask that any unhappiness be expressed to us prior to leaving feedback so that we can work toward a happy ending for all involved.
If a ready-to-wear, non-custom-made garment must be returned or exchanged, buyer pays for return shipping.
