"Flowers".Table lamp from wood and ceramics

This wonderful lamp: the fruit of a joint project workshop Light Pottery www.livemaster.ru/svetkeramika Russian and workshop Shop. Our shared knowledge and skills helped to create the product with the original design and reliable technical equipment. Did the painting I all other - master Vsevolod Orlovsky. Ceiling lamp made of solid maple on a lathe and hand-painted. In the painting was used the finest gold leaf and gold leaf. Because the ceiling is very thin, when the light is on it shines through and the amazing glow of the wood, combined with gold gilding and delicate buds and flowers creates a delightful impression.
A massive round base, the "leg" and decoration (leaves) lamp, ceramic, cut a single entity, entirely by hand of chamotte mass. Everything is covered with a glaze of dark color with metallic sheen. The light coating is poured, giving the similarity with cast-iron or bronze casting. The canopy top is fixed to the ceramic dome, giving the lamp a harmonious look.
The metal frame of the lamp, fixture, light and cartridge light bulb is made of copper plates and rods by means of high temperature soldering.
The bottom round base glued natural leather so as not to damage the surface of furniture on which to stand and lamp.
Thus, absolutely everything is done manually, except for wires and electric cartridge.
