Returns can be mailed back at your cost If:
1. The goods have been unused and are in 'as new' condition.
2. The goods have been purchased no more than 4 weeks prior.
3. No returns or exchanges will be offered for goods purchased "on sale" or discounted offer.
4. Refund must be agreed to before the item is mailed back.
5. No refunds will be issued for change of heart.
6. No exchange is offered. Goods shall be refunded only then other items repurchased if required.
7. Unless ordered together we will not be held responsible for colour matching of individual items. Dye lots change frequently here and existing pieces are subject to washing/fading etc.
Once the goods have been received the refund shall be issued for the total price excluding mail costs.
