The box is made of solid birch, decorated with three-dimensional elements. Inlaid with Swarovski crystals, these are numbers. Amethyst stone inserts. Hardware bronze.
Interior decoration-soft substrate, satin and decorative tape, decorative harness.
The work was done in February 2019.
The idea was to make such a box, after my visit to the Louvre. At that time, the clock was not at all and had this look, but with one hand. Now it is an anachronism, a relic of the past, but for lovers of antiquity and unusual things, it is a wonderful unique gift. A great Gift for a collector of jewelry boxes and antique lovers.
