Now ubtan has become more and more popular. This is an Ayurvedic remedy that can replace soap, pilling, mask.
The rose is a symbol of love and beauty, but its value is not only in appearance. Rose petal powder is a storehouse of antioxidants (selenium, copper, carotene), vitamins B and C, astringents, minerals. The powder rejuvenates, strengthens blood vessels, narrows pores, soothes irritation, disinfects, has a tremendous anti-inflammatory, regenerating effect, and tones the skin! Rose powder-evens out the tone, narrows the pores, makes the skin silky and radiant, has the ability to restore damaged, thinned, inflamed and irritated skin, restoring its smoothness and elasticity.
Rice powder-whitens the skin, makes it soft and hydrated. Ground flax seeds-purify and restore skin elasticity.
Pink clay-fights allergies and skin rashes.
Ground chamomile and calendula flowers help to cope with various skin troubles, having a strong antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and regenerating effect.
Licorice root soothes irritated skin, cleanses and helps to cope with hyperpigmentation. In addition, it cleanses the pores, preventing the accumulation of sebum and the formation of comedones.
Turmeric-has a powerful antioxidant effect, cleanses the skin and improves the complexion. Cinnamon-has an anti-inflammatory effect, accelerates the metabolic processes in the cells and smoothes wrinkles.
Ginger-activates and stimulates the protective functions of the skin.
And many other useful things are included in this ubtan.
How to use (my favorite option): 1-2 tsp. ubtan diluted with sour cream (kefir, yogurt, herbal decoction) to a homogeneous consistency. Add a little olive oil or other vegetable oil. Apply to cleansed face, avoiding the eye area.. After 20 minutes, rinse with warm water, gently massaging. After the procedure, apply a cream or balm to the skin.
For washing - half a teaspoon to dilute in the palm of your hand and wash!
